Description

You design and develop technical solutions within the ServiceNow environment to support ITIL customers, owning the full development lifecycle from requirements translation to testing strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Widgets.
• Build and manage Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, ACLs, and Transform Maps.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Design testing strategies for development, QA, and UAT environments in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Modify applications, Forms, Workflows, and Flows to meet functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, HTML, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Angular.
• Knowledge of Case Management, Service Portal, and Asset Management.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Performance Analytics.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional system requirements.

• Any Graduate degree.
