Description

 At least 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.

 Extensive hands-on experience of working with script based ServiceNow components

such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages etc. 

 Extensive experience of working with ServiceNow Glide objects such as GlideRecord,

GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax etc.  

 Ability to build ServicePortal pages, designing customer widgets and good understanding

of Angular JS  

 Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.

 Good knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.

 Familiar with ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and documentation

 Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT operations management concepts

 Interpersonal skills should be strong to manage Business and Product owners.

 Strong logical thinking for real time solution and scenarios.

 Listening with Architect and other stakeholders.

 Good knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.

 Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

 Must have CSA and CAD certifications.

 Expert and experience on ServiceNow ITSM + Employee center+ Virtual agent+
