Description

Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations, enhancements, and platform modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop JavaScript Glide API scripts for ServiceNow platform integrations and enhancements.
• Implement and manage ServiceNow HRSD and/or WSD modules, including case management, ticketing, and HR lifecycle events.
• Configure Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Write PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripts to support automation and platform maintenance.
• Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and adapt to changing business requirements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of practical experience in the ServiceNow environment.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the Glide API.
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD and/or WSD (priority).
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Knowledge of Incident, Change, and Service Catalog modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
