Description

You will manage the implementation, operation, and maintenance of major CMDB products and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain CMDB products, including ServiceNow, to manage data attributes and create dashboards.
• Operate agent-based and agentless asset/CI discovery tools to ensure data coverage and update frequency.
• Map data sources against schemas and identify integration gaps to normalize information across inventories.
• Analyze discovery data to identify quality issues and create reports for remediation.
• Define ITAM operating models, including policy, governance structures, and RACI matrices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management or CMDB environments.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, SCCM, or SNOW.
• Practical experience with agent-based and agentless CI discovery tools.
• Knowledge of ITAM Discovery and CMDB integration from diverse data sources.
• Ability to group assets logically and map related infrastructure to understand usage.
• Strong analytical skills for reconciling inventories and normalizing data.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience working with global teams to deliver requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Visio.
• BTech or MBA qualification.
