Description

Lead ServiceNow development and platform maintenance within a large corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Joint Application Development sessions to gather, analyze, and design requirements.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, UI Policies, Workflows, and SLAs.
• Manage Import Sets, Transform Maps, Discovery, and identification/reconciliation processes.
• Execute platform upgrades and provide post-production maintenance and end-user support.
• Prepare technical documentation including Project Charters, BRDs, FSDs, and scope documents.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• 4+ years of core ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and debugging JavaScript/GUI.
• Experience with Web Services including REST, SOAP APIs, XML, AJAX, and JSON.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow database, out-of-the-box functions, and capabilities.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
• Background in manual and automated testing.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the ServiceNow CSM Module.
