Description

You will design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules. You own the full lifecycle from customization to integration and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB solutions to align with business objectives.
• Customize workflows, business rules, UI actions, and notifications to automate operations.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Optimize CMDB by configuring CI classes, attributes, and relationships with Discovery tools.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure stability and performance of the ServiceNow environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Strong experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business analysts and project managers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and deep understanding of platform capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ITIL certification.
