Description

You will design, configure, and administer the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module, owning the architectural solutions and operational support for the platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement architectural solutions for the ServiceNow VR module, ensuring operational stability.
• Configure VR logic including CI lookup rules, Watch Topics, Assignment Rules, Grouping Rules, and Risk Calculator Rules.
• Develop and manage Remediation Target Rules, Auto Close/Delete Rules, Exception Rules, and Classification Rules.
• Enrich Vulnerability Items and Test Result Records through custom development on VR tables.
• Support remediation process flows and manage data integrations and scheduled background jobs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
• Deep expertise in the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module.
• Experience configuring Severity/Normality Mapping and SLA definitions.
• Ability to design and support complex data integrations.
• Proven track record of managing VR notifications and classification rules.
• Any Graduate degree.
