You will build, configure, and maintain custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build custom applications, workflows, and UI policies.
• Configure CMDB, Incident, and Change management modules.
• Manage user roles and oversee instance upgrade procedures.
• Design scalable Service Catalogs and request management processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and server/client-side scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Service Studio.
• Experience integrating systems using APIs and managing data exchange.
• Familiarity with Performance Analytics and dashboard creation.
• Working knowledge of CMDB.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows.
