Description

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITSM and integration, owning technical delivery from requirement gathering through deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Configure core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and CMDB.
• Develop Service Catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer flows, and approvals to streamline processes.
• Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and data imports.
• Resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and tune platform performance while ensuring upgrade compatibility.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the ServiceNow scripting framework.
• Experience implementing ITSM modules in enterprise environments.
• Working knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and integration patterns.
• Experience with update sets, scoped applications, and deployment best practices.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and platform standards.
• Ability to work in production support and regulated environments.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS – ITSM).
• Experience with SIAM, custom apps, or performance analytics.
