Description

You will develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow solutions for the Cybersecurity Engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop individual solutions within ServiceNow Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Vendor Risk Management (VRM), or custom applications.
• Gather requirements from process owners and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate on system design, conduct peer code reviews, and perform testing.
• Propose ways to leverage system capabilities to meet business objectives.
• Perform maintenance, support, and documentation for deployed solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• 5+ years of experience administering ServiceNow, including workflows, business rules, UI components, ACLs, catalog items, and updates.
• Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow modules such as GRC and Vendor Risk Management.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow Best Practices and the latest platform features.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management and IT service delivery standards.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving technical issues.
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of IT experience (5 years in ServiceNow development), or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) qualification.
• Experience implementing systems using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
