Description

You will implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules to support business processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM through full lifecycle implementations.
• Develop inbound and outbound data exchanges using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow reports and Playbook developments.
• Apply structural programming concepts to enhance platform functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with XML and structural programming concepts.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Experience with SQL and UI development.
• Ability to develop ServiceNow reports.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM.
• Experience with ServiceNow CSM, ServiceNow NowAssist, or Remedy ITSM.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI.
