You will develop and maintain ServiceNow platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, catalog items, and integrations.
• Implement, maintain, and support ServiceNow platform solutions.
• Build automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and other platform capabilities.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
• Maintain data integrity, support CMDB modeling, and create dashboards and reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Glide API, and web services.
• Experience with ITSM modules; Workplace Case Management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Data Management and CMDB modeling.
• Experience with enterprise ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (sprint planning, backlog management).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and Web Services.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Any Graduate education.
