Description

Lead the development and delivery of ITSM solutions in client environments. Consult on business processes and technical problems by providing options with associated pros, cons, and risks. Implement systems using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Own technical inputs and contribute to solution design through active listening and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of ServiceNow ITSM solutions for client engagements.
• Consult on business processes and technical challenges, presenting options with clear pros, cons, and risks.
• Implement systems using Agile/Scrum methodologies while maintaining high code quality.
• Own technical inputs and drive solution design through active communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using web services and standard protocols.

Required Skills

• Proven consulting experience leading ServiceNow ITSM development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, AngularJS, and Jelly.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services, REST, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, SSL, SCP, and FTPS.
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundation level or higher.
• Experience with CSM, HR, ITBM, ITOM, Performance Analytics, SecOps, or Software Asset Mgmt.
• Experience with SSO and SAML integration solutions.
• Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
• 15+ years of total industry experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ITIL Foundations Certification.
