Description

You will develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow capabilities to support IT and business operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow customizations including Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Business Rules.
• Manage workflow administration, report setup, and data imports.
• Configure Service Portal, Change, Problem, Incident, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Release/SDLC, CMDB, Discovery, Project, and SLAs.
• Facilitate the rollout of new applications, enhancements, and modules.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including scripting, tool configuration, design, and deployment.
• 8+ years of experience in at least one: JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML, or HTML5.
• Active ServiceNow Certification.
• Proven ability to develop and customize core ServiceNow applications.
• Experience with CMDB and Discovery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal, and Service Catalog.
