Description

You will build and maintain ServiceNow solutions, focusing on JavaScript, GlideScript, and UI development.

Responsibilities

• Develop workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and script includes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Configure ACLs, roles, and security settings to ensure data integrity.
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups.
• Support ITSM, ITOM, or CMDB modules as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, or CMDB modules.
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Knowledge of ACLs, roles, and security configurations.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
