Description

Develop and configure ServiceNow modules to support IT service and business management processes in the Vancouver version.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog.
• Manage ITBM and PPM implementations to support project portfolio management.
• Develop and optimize Service Portal and Employee Portal interfaces.
• Execute ServiceNow upgrades and manage data integrations.
• Support Identity Provider configurations and infrastructure-related technical tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow Vancouver version.
• Hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Experience with IT Business Management (ITBM) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Proficiency in Service Portal and Employee Portal development.
• Experience managing Data Integrations and ServiceNow upgrades.
• Technical strength in infrastructure areas.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CSDM, Asset Management, and Event Management.
• Experience with RESTful integrations and Performance Analytics.
