Description

You will design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications, forms, UI policies, business rules, and server-side logic.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party tools using APIs and web services.
• Automate processes using ServiceNow workflow editor and orchestration tools.
• Configure and implement ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Maintain the platform through regular upgrades, system maintenance, and performance troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development and customization experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services for system integrations.
• Practical knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience configuring Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Workflows.
• Ability to manage ServiceNow database structures and reporting tools.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced ServiceNow scripting for complex workflows and custom applications.
