Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and technical delivery of ServiceNow ITSM transformations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration plans to align ServiceNow with existing ITSM tools and organizational go-live schedules.
• Develop complex functionality across Incident, Problem, Change, Self Service Portal, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
• Configure SLA features, approvals, notifications, foundation data, and workflow customizations.
• Build integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, Azure AD, SSO, and E-bonding.
• Lead the implementation team, manage technical issues, and act as the primary technical contact for customer status meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on development of Business Rules, Client-side scripts, Server-side scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with MID Server installation and configuration.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, Azure AD, and SSO integrations.
• Deep understanding of ITIL best practices and support processes.
• Proven ability to manage Problem Management and Change Management workflows.
• Experience as an Integration SME.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
