Description

You will design, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Request, and CMDB.
• Build and configure Service Catalog items, workflows, and custom forms to meet business requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external and internal on-prem systems using REST and SOAP integrations.
• Write and maintain efficient, reusable JavaScript code (client scripts, business rules, script includes, UI actions).
• Troubleshoot existing ServiceNow applications, perform root cause analysis, and adhere to SDLC best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with CMDB implementation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Any Graduate).
