Description

You will own technical activities for ServiceNow modules, coordinate with Production Support, and lead offshore development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical activities for ServiceNow modules and coordinate directly with Production Support teams.
• Document business requirements and translate them into technical wireframes following the SDLC.
• Design and implement automated tasks within ServiceNow using agile engineering practices.
• Lead offshore software development teams to meet strategic business needs.
• Integrate RESTful APIs with third-party systems to automate change, incident, problem, and release management.

Required Skills

• 3+ years as a ServiceNow administrator configuring Change, Incident, Problem, Service Catalog, and Event Management modules.
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript for backend service development.
• 3+ years of experience writing and managing RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• 3+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL and SQL databases.
• Proficiency in ITIL processes, operations, and procedures.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Application of TDD, continuous integration, and code standards.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Scripting, Reporting, and related ServiceNow classes.
