You will develop technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform focusing on HR Lifecycle events and transitions.
Responsibilities
- Develop requirements for HR Lifecycle event and HR Transitions projects.
- Build and maintain HR-related Performance Analytics Dashboards.
- Follow established architecture governance structures and methodologies.
- Provide technical guidance and perform peer code reviews to ensure development best practices.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow Support to resolve platform technical issues.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of professional experience.
- Extensive experience developing on the ServiceNow Platform.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
- Expertise in the Performance Analytics module, specifically within the HR Module.
- Proven ability to capture and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical requirements.
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Strong analytical skills for requirement translation.
