Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM and workflow automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules and custom workflows.
• Develop scripts and integrations to automate business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Document technical specifications and deployment procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM module configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and business rules.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI).
• Ability to work on additional ServiceNow modules as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
