Required Skills 4-6+ years of QA/Test Engineering experience. Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform configurations. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as CMDB and Data Hygiene ATF (Automated Test Framework) – hands-on automation experience is a must Experience testing ServiceNow integrations, APIs, and workflow automations. Strong knowledge of test planning, test execution, defect management, and QA best practices. Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. Ability to create and maintain comprehensive test documentation. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

 Preferred Skills: Experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework). Exposure to test automation frameworks and automation best practices. ServiceNow certifications are an added advantage. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Asset Management Compliance & Auditing Access & Security Controls Integrations with third-party applications Experience with upgrades and clone activities Knowledge and work on AI w.r.t to service now
