Description

You will administer and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules for multiple customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Configuration, Change, and Knowledge Management.
• Manage medium to complex workflows within the platform.
• Execute instance upgrades and patches for multiple customers.
• Translate customer requirements into functional technical requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Proven track record in ServiceNow administration.
• JavaScript.
• SQL, MySQL, and Oracle.
• APIs integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multiple customer instances.
