Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping solutions to ensure accurate IT service discovery and dependency mapping.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CMDB structures, including CI classes, attributes, relationships, and discovery rules.
• Implement ServiceNow Service Mapping to automate the discovery of IT services and components.
• Manage IRE rules, CI deduplication, and establish CI dependencies.
• Build integrations using Service Graph Connectors to populate CMDB data.
• Maintain CMDB dashboard health through regular data cleanup and quality analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of total IT experience with 3+ years on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Service Mapping, ITOM, and APM modules.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Experience with Service Modeling of data and applications.
• Ability to develop custom applications and perform unit testing.
• Knowledge of C, C#, CSS, Git, HTML, HTML5, Java, Microsoft SQL Server, XML, and Software Development.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience with CPG and ITAM (SAM + HAM).
