Lead the migration of existing application features to the ServiceNow platform and customize solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Migrate application features to the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure platform settings and manage API integrations.
• Execute data migration and mapping to maintain system integrity.
• Customize ServiceNow solutions to meet specific business requirements.
• Apply ITSM best practices to enhance IT capabilities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in application migration, specifically to ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration.
• Proficiency in API integrations.
• Strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
• Deep understanding of databases and data migration techniques.
• Proven ability in data mapping and analytical problem-solving.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
