Description

You will develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules using JavaScript.
• Implement user stories and business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing maintenance and support.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• 1+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
• 1+ years of experience using Jira.
• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Ability to obtain CSA or CAD certification within 90 days of starting if not currently held.
