Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions.
• Implement configurations using workflows, business rules, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external tools and platforms.
• Analyze and solve complex development challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
• Proficiency with Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• Experience in ServiceNow customization and development.
• Ability to integrate with third-party tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
