Description

Lead ServiceNow development and implementation efforts aligned with client release plans.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical analysis on ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Develop design documentation and user stories for upcoming releases.
• Configure applications and write custom code for ServiceNow modules.
• Develop workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus.
• Code and configure interfaces between ServiceNow and external systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Helsinki release.
• Strong understanding of ITIL v3 Service Operation processes.
• Proficiency with UI Components.
• Experience implementing Web Services.
• Ability to provide development best-practice advice and consulting.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
