Description

You will develop and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and reusable components using JavaScript, Glide Script, HTML, and CSS for Service Portal development.
• Directly develop features within the ServiceNow Health and Safety or workplace safety Module.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external IT systems and tools using MID Server, web services, and APIs.
• Implement core platform mechanics, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Playbook, and Advanced Workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow.
• Expertise in JavaScript (client/server-side) and Glide Script.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, CMDB, and ITOM/ITAM frameworks and processes.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for front-end development.
• Experience using Mobile App Builder (MAB).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow core features like UI Builder and Flow Designer.
• Must hold ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA).
• Must hold ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
