Description

You will develop and customize ServiceNow core applications and ITSM modules in Omaha, NE.

Responsibilities

• Customize ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests, Knowledge, Asset Management, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Portal.
• Design and manage the ServiceNow Data Model and relationships.
• Develop Service Oriented Architecture and web services integrations.
• Build software solutions using web technologies and frameworks.
• Conduct unit and integration testing across software lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL processes and Domain Separation.
• Experience with SOAP, WSDL, JAXWS, HTTPS, and REST.
• Proficiency in XML, HTML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with JDBC and SQL.
• Strong understanding of the Enterprise lifecycle of Software Assets.
• Experience with Orchestration and Reporting modules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
