Description

You will design, develop, and implement technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow components including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and ACLs.
• Build custom applications using the ServiceNow application platform.
• Design and implement complex integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
• Configure and manage ITOM modules such as Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.
• Optimize platform performance and implement scalable solutions following best practices.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, components, and modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Expertise in the ServiceNow Health and Safety module.
• Experience with MID Server and Integration Hub.
• Knowledge of CMDB and CSDM frameworks.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for Service Portal and UI customization.
• Experience creating roadmaps and governance frameworks.
