Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on integrations and core module configuration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions utilizing ServiceNow capabilities.
• Implement integrations using Mid Server and Integration Hub.
• Configure and support core ServiceNow modules including CSM and CMDB.
• Manage and support Discovery within the ServiceNow environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or platform administration.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform development and configuration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for client-side and server-side scripting.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integration tools, specifically Mid Server and Integration Hub.
• Familiarity with ITSM concepts including CSM (Customer Service Management) and CMDB.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery.
