Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, with a primary focus on the Health and Safety module and ITOM integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and ACLs.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Lead complex systems integrations across multiple enterprise platforms.
• Implement ITOM modules including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Ensure data consistency through alignment with CMDB and CSDM practices.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and system integration.
• Expert-level experience with the ServiceNow Health and Safety module.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and components.
• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and JDBC integration techniques.
• Practical experience using MID Server and Integration Hub.
• Solid understanding of CMDB and CSDM frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying ITOM modules like Discovery and Service Mapping.
