• 5+ years of professional experience in a technical role.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow administration and development.
• Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and business impact.
• Ability to build and analyze data using various tools.
• Proven success in managing and optimizing technical content.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
• Experience working in rapidly changing environments.
