Description

You will design, build, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across HRSD, ITSM, and Employee Workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design digital solutions in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
• Configure and develop applications using App Engine Studio (AES) and ServiceNow Platform components.
• Build workflows, integrations, and automation solutions to support business processes.
• Create and execute unit, integration, and UAT test plans to ensure solution quality.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, maintain technical documentation, and ensure compliance with architecture standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Platform tables, forms, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
• Strong proficiency in App Engine Studio (AES) and low-code development practices.
• Experience with HRSD, ITSM modules, and Employee Center/EC Pro.
• Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments with strong communication skills.
• Experience creating and executing test plans for acceptance testing.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Studio, advanced scripting, UI Builder, and Next Experience.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines, Integration Hub, and Performance Analytics.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) or bilingual (English/French) capability.
