Description

You will develop, configure, and integrate custom applications within the ServiceNow platform to support internal business partners.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business requirements and generate technical specifications for software components.
• Design, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions using industry best practices.
• Develop software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MySQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems via APIs.
• Configure out-of-the-box workflows, maintain custom workflows, and build responsive Service Portal pages using AngularJS, CSS, Bootstrap, and MVC Architecture.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MySQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with ServiceNow Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Hands-on experience with Service Portal and Flow Designer modules.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Tokyo and Utah releases.
• Experience with C# and C++.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale projects from end-to-end.
• Experience following iterative and agile SDLC.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
