Description

You will own the full lifecycle of ServiceNow application delivery, developing solutions across multiple enterprise modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow applications across HR, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, and ITOM modules.
• Develop Service Portal implementations using JavaScript, HTML, and AngularJS.
• Configure and manage authentication protocols including Active Directory, LDAP, and SiteMinder federation.
• Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external applications and systems.
• Build and deploy software using disciplined agile delivery processes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with Service Portal implementation.
• Implementation experience in at least one of: HR, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, or ITOM.
• Experience with Azure environments.
• Knowledge of Performance Analytics implementation.
• Understanding of authentication protocols like Active Directory, LDAP, or SiteMinder.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of digital technologies including Machine Learning, AI, IoT, or Blockchain.
