Description

You will build and maintain ServiceNow solutions to support organizational requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Web Services, MySQL, and CSS.
• Configure custom workflows and integrate ServiceNow with external programs via APIs.
• Analyze technical requirements, system performance, and application deficiencies to provide solutions.
• Deploy solutions in test environments and perform code reviews to maintain quality standards.
• Document all processes, code, decisions, and technical analyses.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or related technical roles.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS.
• Strong proficiency with MySQL and SQL databases.
• Experience with Web Services and API integrations.
• Practical understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to write tests to ensure code quality.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
