Description

You will develop custom ServiceNow applications, manage workflows, and maintain the CMDB.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications using modern web technologies and configure out-of-the-box or custom workflows.
• Create user-friendly catalog items and write orchestration workflows using Content Management and Web Services.
• Manage Discovery and CMDB, applying best practices for scaling and management.
• Consult on technical decisions by providing options, pros, cons, and risks during design and implementation.
• Maintain documentation following established policies, procedures, and processes.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of web-based protocols including SOAP, REST, WSDL, JSON, and XML.
• Experience or familiarity with ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM.
• Understanding of the Project/Software Management lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical consulting.
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects and clients.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
