Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions, focusing on technical implementation and integration.

Responsibilities

• Build bi-directional, automated integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms using Mid Servers and cloud-to-cloud methods.
• Design and implement web service integrations utilizing SOAP and REST protocols.
• Manage and optimize the ServiceNow CMDB and its related processes.
• Author technical design documents and clear user documentation for all developed features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience specifically within ServiceNow ITSM.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow CMDB processes.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Experience with UI Builder and Scripted REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM Integration Hub and REST APIs.
• Expertise in Web Services Integration using SOAP and REST.
• Proven ability to manage integrations via Mid Servers and cloud-to-cloud connections.
• Ability to create formal technical design documentation.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of total professional experience.
• Experience with Any Graduate education background.
