Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow application systems to drive continuous service improvement. You own the release pipeline, manage core system configuration, and handle day-to-day user requests, incidents, and technical architecture.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and develop new service catalog offerings and associated flows using Flow Designer to replace legacy workflows.
• Execute ServiceNow upgrade cycles, including testing via the Automated Test Framework.
• Integrate external tools such as SCCM, Meraki, and CrowdStrike into ServiceNow for asset management.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot application issues to ensure production changes follow life-cycle methodologies.
• Draft and document test plans for technical and business audiences.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience as a ServiceNow Admin or application owner.
• ServiceNow System Admin Certification.
• Extensive experience configuring core modules: Service Catalog, Asset, SAMP, IRM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Hands-on experience with Service Catalog and Service Portal modules.
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development processes.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, UI Designer, and Microsoft Suite.
• Demonstrated understanding of ITIL processes, operations, and procedures.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Experience with Advanced scripting, Performance Analytics, Reporting, Flow Designer, and Workspaces.
