Description

You will design, integrate, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation, code deployment, and performance tuning for production and sub-production environments.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of environments, including configurations, integrations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Analyze incidents to identify application and system problems and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot performance, integration, and user management issues by analyzing application and system logs.
• Extend the ServiceNow schema to support custom applications.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow design, development, and deployment.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, XML, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow frameworks: ITSM, CSM, ATF, CMDB, UI Scripting, UI Action, UI Policy, UI Macro, and Business Rules.
• Experience with Workflow development, ServiceNow administration, and Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Domain Separation, Service Portal, and Multi-Provider Single-Sign-on.
• Working knowledge of Web services, SOAP, and email integrations.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
• Practical experience working within Agile SCRUM or SAFe methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in C# or Java.
• Advanced knowledge of Runbook Automation and Database views in ServiceNow.
