Description

You will own the ServiceNow service catalog lifecycle, from configuration to upgrade execution and third-party integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Optimize service catalog offerings and build new flows using Flow Designer to replace legacy workflows.
• Design custom catalog items and technical architectures in collaboration with business units and product managers.
• Execute the ServiceNow upgrade cycle, including testing via the Automated Test Framework.
• Integrate third-party tools like SCCM, Meraki, and CrowdStrike into ServiceNow for asset management.
• Document technical test plans and create knowledge base articles to support end users.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of direct experience as a ServiceNow Admin or application owner.
• ServiceNow System Admin Certification.
• Configuration experience with Service Catalog, Asset, SAMP, IRM, Discovery, and Service Mapping modules.
• Hands-on experience with Service Catalog and Service Portal modules.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine for developing and supporting custom applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and .NET.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, operations, and procedures.
• Ability to draft and document test plans for technical and business audiences.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer.
• Experience with Performance Analytics, Reporting, Flow Designer, Workspaces, or UI Designer.
• ITIL Certification.
