You will develop and implement automation modules integrated with GenAI within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation modules utilizing GenAI capabilities.
• Implement technical solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Manage data structures and integrations using SQL and XML.
• Write and maintain clean, efficient code for platform enhancements.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with ITSM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Ajax.
• Competency in HTML and CSS.
• Experience working with XML.
• Ability to write and manage SQL queries.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
