Description

Own the configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow ITSM implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and Release management.
• Manage instance cloning and upgrades, handling technical execution and risk mitigation.
• Build and maintain Service Portal components and custom web elements.
• Design workflows, Flow Designer logic, catalog items, and Business Rules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using web services and Mid Server configuration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years professional experience with at least 5 years dedicated to ServiceNow ITSM development.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB and Asset Management.
• Proficiency in web service integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Experience with Script Includes, Inbound Email Actions, and Flow Designer.
• Development skills in Service Portal using CSS, AngularJS, Node.js, and Bootstrap.
• Practical knowledge of Agent Workspace capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile Kanban methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HTML and additional Asset or Service Request modules.
