Description

You will build and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) within an on-site Phoenix, AZ environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure ServiceNow instances, including workflows, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Develop integrations and utilize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Implement and manage Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions and components.
• Script solutions using JavaScript, Java, and Jelly scripting within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• 8+ years total development experience.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically IRM solutions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and Java.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and Angular JS.
• Experience with ServiceNow configurations and scripting.
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to technical and leadership audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with GRC/IRM industry trends.
• Working knowledge of GCP.
• 5+ years experience with Agile or Scaled Agile Frameworks.
