Description

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations. Configure core ITSM modules and maintain platform performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform using hands-on coding.
• Configure core applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, or MID Servers.
• Write efficient JavaScript code for Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
• Implement Service Portal widgets and custom UI using HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, or custom integrations.
• Solid understanding of data models, ACLs, Flow Designer, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing Custom Applications and leveraging App Engine Studio.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, etc.).
