Description

You will develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules and custom applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage scripts, workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Extend the ServiceNow schema to support custom applications and translate design requirements into platform solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using SSO-SAML and web services.
• Troubleshoot system issues and consult with stakeholders on technical implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, specifically client-side and server-side ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with Scripted Web-Services, including SOAP and REST.
• Hands-on experience with AJAX and Business Rules.
• Working knowledge of Python or PowerShell.
• Practical experience with SSO-SAML setup and integrations.
• Familiarity with ITSM modules such as Request, Asset, HR Case, Incident, Problem, Change, or Knowledge Management.
• Fundamental understanding of ITIL, ITSM, or CMDB.
