Develop and customize ServiceNow applications to support ITSM processes, focusing on Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

Responsibilities

• Customize ServiceNow applications for ITIL-aligned ITSM workflows.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement technical solutions.
• Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow governance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM processes.
